This tests do compare icons from all modes (except for flat and
compatible) with all other modes.

Dominik Ritter f89104f68f Improve get_icon_names function 
As this function gets more and more important, it now checks for
overrides the user has made and prints these icons instead. At least
unless the first parameter is not set to "original". Then it will print
the default icons.

Dominik Ritter ead489914f Fix setup for BSD 
Mounting folders works in vagrant only with /bin/sh, not with /bin/tcsh
or /bin/csh. And only via NFS or RSync, but not with vfs. But NFS
requires a private network.

truncated by cutting off the found folder from the beginning of $PWD.

ZSH has the ability to preview and set themes directly from the `prompt`
builtin. To do so, the theme must be in FPATH and named

Dominik Ritter 47879f4b7b Refactor location installation path code 
Now it is possible to set the installation path by setting
POWERLEVEL9K_INSTALLATION_PATH. If set, this path will always be used.
If it was not set manually, we try to determine the path automatically.

The VCS segment had a lot of own color definitions. Now they are all
gone, so that the only color definitions are when the segment gets
printed.
