Christian Höltje 69fe19ca74 test-in-docker: fix in zsh > 5.3 
The way I was filtering out entries in the frameworks array stopped
working in newer versions of ZSH; it would convert the array into a
string (you could see it with `typeset -p frameworks`)

So I rewrote it.

I don't see anything in the release notes for ZSH that would explain
this and I didn't find any option that would restore this behavior.

Christian Höltje fe33c401ba workaround for ZSH status behavior 
`$pipestatus` is returning all zeros when using `[[  ]]` expressions
that are false.

This works around it by using `$status` (A.K.A. `$?`) when `$pipestatus`
has only 1 items.

Fixes #749

Christian Höltje f93ad073b7 status: show signal name 
This makes signal exit status easy to understand.  Instead of just
showing exit code "137", you now see "KILL(-9)".

Christian Höltje df318488c9 test-in-docker: quickly test frameworks in docker 
This adds `./test-in-docker` for quickly playing with various frameworks.

All the containers are based off Ubuntu 14.04 which has ZSH 5.0.2.

Thanks to @dritter for figuring out all the framework installation
methods.

- Used ZSH built-in magic to get the installation directory.
- Works with symlinks.
- No longer calls out to external program 'dirname'.
- Fixed issue with spaces in the path.
- No longer leak the variables 'filename' and 'script_location'.

The newline segment will now show ├─ when using
`POWERLEVEL9K_PROMPT_ON_NEWLINE`

Note: This can be overridden via `POWERLEVEL9K_MULTILINE_FIRST_PROMPT_PREFIX`

Christian Höltje 543bd2f844 status: add option for support pipes 
Added new option (POWERLEVEL9K_STATUS_SHOW_PIPESTATUS) that shows
the status for all piped commands, not just the right-most.
