versioning: Add versioning information: .version, .revision-hash, $ZSH_HIGHLIGHT_VERSION. 

* danielsh/versionstamp:
  versionstamp: Set up '.revision-hash' file.
  versionstamp: Handle NO_FUNCTION_ARGZERO.
  Set the version number.
