edit README.md: use $ZSH_CUSTOM if it exists

Browse Source 
`${ZSH_CUSTOM:=~/.oh-my-zsh/custom}` would use value of `$ZSH_CUSTOM` if it exists. Otherwise it falls back to `~/.oh-my-zsh/custom`
