### Enable Asynchronous Mode
As of `v0.4.0`, suggestions can be fetched asynchronously using the `zsh/zpty` module. To enable this behavior, set the `ZSH_AUTOSUGGEST_USE_ASYNC` variable (it can be set to anything).
